Gordon sources the company’s work and puts together projects for the team.
He has been working in the building industry for over 25 years, and grew up in the family building business. He knows his way around construction although he is more familiar with a computer keyboard rather than a hammer these days! Gordon has a Site 2 Builders Licence and has worked at Waipukurau Construction as a Quantity Surveyor since 1996.

Gordon enjoys a challenge and likes to keep fit. He is a veteran of the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge and a keen runner, just recently completing the HB Marathon. He is partial to the beach lifestyle and enjoys fishing and boating out of the Mahia peninsula.
Sharon looks after the company’s accounts and payroll. Working from the Hastings office she has a good financial overview of all our projects.
Sharon is an integral part of the local community, she volunteers on school, club and community activities. She’s a trail-runner and a cyclist, competing in local multi-sport events. She is also a keen angler and holds the Ladies Game Fishing record for marlin at the Mahia Fishing Club.
Both Sharon and husband Gordon enjoy family time and the pleasures of living in Hawke’s Bay – the great outdoors, wine, food, and good friends.
Jamon is responsible for the overall management of our construction contracts. He spends his time getting around our various building sites and making sure things happen as they should!
He is a qualified carpenter with 20 years of experience and enjoys the challenge of organizing and executing a successful project.
A recent immigrant from Palmerston North, Jamon now lives in Napier and is loving Hawke’s Bay. When his young family aren’t keeping him too busy he is keen on all motorsports and enjoys beach life.
David directly manages the site and liaises with our Contracts Manager.
He is a qualified and licensed carpenter holding a Site 1 Licence. His building career started with Waipukurau Construction way back in 1981.
David lives in Hastings and enjoys a bit of weekend DIY at home and also loves getting out in the wilderness on his quad bike.
